Background & Purpose of the Job :

Lead daily boutique operations while inspiring the team to deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences and achieve sales excellence aligned with brand standards.

What You'll Do :

Supervise daily boutique operations to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience in line with luxury retail service standards.
Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong product knowledge and brand storytelling.
Monitor store performance, analyze sales results, and implement action plans to maximize productivity and client engagement.
Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation, and operational standards are consistently maintained according to brand guidelines.
Support the Boutique Manager in talent development, scheduling, inventory control, and overall store administration.

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury or premium fashion brands.
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a retail environment.
Strong sales leadership with the ability to drive team performance and client engagement.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of luxury retail service standards and visual merchandising practices.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with professional presentation and a customer-oriented mindset.
