What You'll Do :

Client Relationship Management:
- Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication and engagement.
- Act as a client advocate within the company, representing their needs and expectations.

Engagement Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and manage customized client engagement plans.
- Use data and feedback to identify engagement gaps and proactively address issues.
- Align engagement strategies with the client’s business objectives and company offerings.

Problem Resolution and Support Coordination:
- Address and resolve client issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams.
- Conduct periodic reviews and feedback sessions with clients to identify pain points.
- Implement action plans to prevent recurrence of issues and improve client experience.

Client Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track and analyze client engagement metrics, satisfaction scores, and other KPIs.
- Prepare and present client performance reports and suggest actionable insights.
- Collaborate with clients to achieve agreed-upon metrics and performance goals.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.
- Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and resources for enhanced client engagement.
- Lead initiatives that promote innovation in client service and satisfaction.
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in client engagement, customer success, or account management.
- Industry-specific experience in Fashion Retail Industry

- Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and reporting tools.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is advantageous.
