What You'll Do :

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with key clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication and engagement.
    • Act as a client advocate within the company, representing their needs and expectations.
  • Engagement Strategy Development:

    • Develop, implement, and manage customized client engagement plans.
    • Use data and feedback to identify engagement gaps and proactively address issues.
    • Align engagement strategies with the client’s business objectives and company offerings.
  • Problem Resolution and Support Coordination:

    • Address and resolve client issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams.
    • Conduct periodic reviews and feedback sessions with clients to identify pain points.
    • Implement action plans to prevent recurrence of issues and improve client experience.
  • Client Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze client engagement metrics, satisfaction scores, and other KPIs.
    • Prepare and present client performance reports and suggest actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with clients to achieve agreed-upon metrics and performance goals.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.
    • Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and resources for enhanced client engagement.
    • Lead initiatives that promote innovation in client service and satisfaction.

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client engagement, customer success, or account management.
  • Industry-specific experience in Fashion Retail Industry

Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and reporting tools.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is advantageous.
