F&B Attendant

Background & Purpose of the Job :

The F&B Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional, refined food and beverage experience to boutique clients in alignment with the brand’s luxury image.

What You'll Do :

Client Service & Hospitality

  • Serve premium beverages and light refreshments (coffee, tea, juices, champagne, canapés) to clients with elegance and professionalism

  • Anticipate client needs and provide personalized, attentive service

  • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding VIP clients and purchases

  • Support sales associates by enhancing the overall in-store client experience

Presentation & Brand Standards

  • Ensure food and beverage presentation meets luxury brand standards

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of pantry, bar, or service area

  • Follow grooming, posture, and etiquette standards expected in a luxury environment

Operations & Hygiene

  • Prepare beverages according to established recipes and quality standards

  • Monitor stock levels of beverages, ingredients, and service ware; report replenishment needs

  • Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

  • Assist with setup and breakdown for in-store events and private appointments

Collaboration & Support

  • Coordinate seamlessly with boutique staff, management, and events team

  • Support special brand events, launches, and VIP activations

  • Handle client requests and feedback professionally and promptly

 

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality, high-end café, hotel, or fine dining preferred

  • Knowledge of premium beverages (specialty coffee, tea, sparkling wine, champagne is a plus)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and service etiquette
