Fit Out Specialist

What You'll Do :
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors
- Coordinating with internal ( e.g Procurement, Finance, operation )
- Monitoring and regularly inspecting Fit out work as well as preparing contractors fit out progress report
- Prepares handover documents and conduct premises handover with LL & Vendors
- Collecting contractor drawings and fit out documents requirements
- Familiar with Initial Design, Tender Drawing & Material Approval from principal.
- Store Maintenance Report
- Paper works ( Quotation, Invoice )
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Interior Design.
- At least 2 years of experience of Fit Out role in a Retail Fashion Company.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office, SketchUp.
- Able to work in a team and/or independently with minimum supervision including weekend
- Willing to Bussiness trip
- Communicative and detail-oriented.
- Communication Skill in English (written and conversation)
