What You'll Do :

  • Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting and leased with 3rd parties I required for the: Internet Access, email, installation support for the following applications: point of sale system, IGN logistic, Microsoft Great Plain, Microsoft Great Plain, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, SAP.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing user security matrix for each application and infrastructure.
  • Regularly connection monitoring, check all servers and infrastructure,
  • Responsible for developing and maintenance of technical docs and infrastructure mapping
  • Regularly support for first layer of all applications

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Dgree from any field
  • At least 1 years working experience in maintenance and troubleshooting IT structure
  • Should have background on RPA (UIpath, Kyron, Power Automate,  and SAP B1)
  • Strong user service, troubleshooting skills and customer oriented attitude
  • Ability to demonstrate sense of urgency regarding customer reported issues
  • Knowledge with Mac and PC hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, mobile devices
  • Fast learner, able to work under pressure and minimum supervisor
  • Ready to support during weekend and after office hour
  • Good in communication & interpersonal communication
