What You'll Do :

Business & Performance Review
- Menganalisis KPI butik (ATV, UPT, Conversion, Appointment, First Purchaser & Return Customer).
- Mengidentifikasi gap performa butik dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.
- Membantu Boutique Manager dalam menyusun action plan berbasis data.

Client Development & CRM Support
- Memastikan client journey (first → repeat → loyal) dikelola secara konsisten.
- Monitoring kualitas penggunaan clienteling tools (CRM, client book).
- Memberikan insight tentang engagement top clients.

People Development
- Memberikan feedback dan coaching kepada Boutique Manager terkait leadership, sales, dan clienteling.
- Membantu mengidentifikasi talent potensial untuk succession planning.
- Mengarahkan BM agar mampu melatih tim di butik secara berkelanjutan.

Retail Excellence & Brand Standards
- Memantau hasil Mystery Shopper & NPS, lalu memberikan rekomendasi tindak lanjut.

Strategic Alignment & Reporting
- Menjadi penghubung antara butik dengan manajemen pusat untuk inisiatif baru.
- Memberikan laporan analisis retail performance dan insight trend market.
- Menjaga konsistensi eksekusi strategi retail di seluruh butik.

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

Education & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Retail, Psichology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, sales performance, or client development (luxury retail preferred).
- Strong analytical ability to read and interpret sales KPIs, client data, and operational reports.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and practical solutions for boutiques.
- Comfortable with retail performance dashboards, CRM tools, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with clienteling practices and customer journey in luxury retail.
- Experience managing client relationships and understanding client segmentation (new, repeat, top clients).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coach and influence Boutique Managers and store teams.
- Ability to challenge constructively while maintaining partnership and trust.
- Experience in conducting training, coaching, or performance review sessions.
