Retail Sales Trainer Specialist

What You'll Do :

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge among team members.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with sales staff to improve performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to design and deliver training modules that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective sales techniques and service excellence.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in customer service across all retail locations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support.

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer experience, customer service, or customer experience management, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in training and developing employees' skills in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of enhancing team performance.
  • Proven experience in leading teams with the ability to inspire, motivate, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret customer data and develop effective, data-driven strategies to improve customer experience and sales performance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and various stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations, particularly in the luxury retail industry.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the luxury retail industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and competition.
  • Experience in managing and analyzing customer feedback, with the ability to implement actionable improvements based on insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer analysis tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
