Visual Merchandising Associate Manager (Luxury Fashion)
What You'll Do :
- Developing content to enhance VM team capability
- Ensuring the team are adhering to the VM plan and maintaining brand standards
- To collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that the execution of trends and new concepts fit with the boutique’s layout, product’s availability, and targeted audience
- VM stocks analysis and segmentation
- To provide alternative SOH for the team overhaul & quick fix
- To plan VM-related setup event, activity, launch, and rotation
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- At least 6 - 8 years in visual merchandising field with fashion/ luxury retail experience
- Proficient in Excel, Power point, and Photoshop
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
