Background & Purpose of the Job :
As a Watch Technician, you will perform watch repairs, diagnostics, and quality control while ensuring precision, craftsmanship, and excellent service standards.
What You'll Do :
- Perform watch repairs including battery, parts, strap, and chronograph servicing.
- Conduct diagnostics on quartz and automatic movements and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Handle smartwatch-related technologies and stay updated on technical developments.
- Ensure quality control of completed repairs to maintain accuracy and craftsmanship.
- Safely operate tools and machinery according to established procedures.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and departmental standards.
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in watch repair or technical assembly; quick-service experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, hand–eye coordination, and technical skills.
- Good communication and comprehension skills to understand customer repair needs.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity.
- Professional, quality-oriented, and committed to service excellence.
