This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who takes ownership of processes, maintains high standards of control, and collaborates effectively across teams to support seamless aftersales operations.
What You'll Do :
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational data across transactions, service activities, and spare parts
- Monitor and validate transactions in SAP (payments, invoices, store transactions)
- Perform data reconciliation between system, Customer Service records, and physical items/documents
- Review and verify store submissions (including special orders & accessories) in line with SOP
- Conduct final checks on completed service items (condition, documentation, system accuracy)
- Monitor service status (outstanding & uncollected items) and follow up as needed
- Prepare and maintain operational & financial reports (AR, transactions, service reports)
- Ensure alignment between system records and physical stock; investigate discrepancies
- Process payments, refunds, and stock movements in SAP
- Support audit processes and ensure proper documentation & SOP compliance
- Handle AR reconciliation (including unidentified payments & write-offs)
- Coordinate with internal teams (Workshop, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth operations
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- 3–5 years of experience in operations / aftersales / service operations
- Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems
- Strong in data reconciliation, reporting, and transaction control
- Good understanding of inventory processes and basic finance (AR, payments, reconciliation)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to identify discrepancies
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Able to work systematically and meet deadlines
- High integrity and sense of responsibility
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (any related field)
