What You'll Do :

  • Provide expert advice on luxury watch brands, ensuring a personalized client experience.

  • Deliver exceptional service aligned with brand standards.

  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Maintain accurate customer records to support personalized service.

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement.

  • Manage daily inventory and ensure product readiness.

  • Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards.

  • Perform value-added services such as strap and bracelet adjustments.

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

  • Minimum Diploma degree from a recognized institution.

  • At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field.

  • Strong sales orientation with a client-focused mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in English (fluency not required, but effective communication is important).

  • Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours as needed.
