Customer Development Manager

What You'll Do :

  • Client Development Department for Indonesian operation, supporting Luxury Fashion & Luxury watches in Time International
  • Closely working with South East Asia zone team to reach zone and global target.
  • Analyzing client insight and strategic planning for local clienteling program, including recruitment, retention, and recognition, focusing on exceptional client experience for all segmentation.
  • Planning a yearly event’s calendar and organizing local clienteling events in Jakarta and outside Jakarta.
  • Planning & organizing exceptional client experience programs for regional/international client events.
  • Developing and managing client service center to support marketing nationwide
  • Developing and maintaining client communication through books, e-mailing, and other digital clienteling tools under brand's network.
  • In charge for partnership program with third party such as banks, medias, community, high network individuals, etc.
  • Person in charge for global clienteling projects such as development/ enhancement of new clienteling tools, clienteling apps, & data collection.

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

  • 6 - 10 years' experience in Client Development
  • Experience in Retail Industry
  • Strong analytical acumen and comfort with generating and evaluating metrics, forecasts, and analyses
  • Entrepreneurial, driven and self
  • Motivated attitude to quickly dive deep into content to determine root causes of problems and implement scalable solutions
  • Excellent written and oral skills, strong organizational communication skills.
  • High proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work on tasks independently with entrepreneurial attitude to quickly dive deep into content to determine root causes of problems and implement scalable solutions
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
