What You'll Do :
- Drive employer branding initiatives through impactful storytelling, content, and campaigns that reflect our people, culture, and company values
- Shape and deliver meaningful employee experience and impactful engagement programs
- Create and manage compelling employer branding content for internal and external platforms, social media, including LinkedIn and career channels
- Turn employee feedback, insights, and data into actionable improvements that strengthen engagement and employee experience
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Understanding of employer branding and EVP translation
- Knowledge of employee experience and employee journey
- Content and digital savvy (LinkedIn, career platform, internal channels
- Ability to analyze engagement feedback and derive insights
- Understanding of culture and engagement programs
- Ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders across functions
