Finance Cash Management Associate

Background & Purpose of the Job :

Finance Cash Management Associate supports the accurate execution of daily cash and bank transactions within fashion retail operations, contributing to consistent financial processes and timely month-end closing through disciplined transaction handling and reconciliation.

What You'll Do :

Process routine vendor, stores operation payments in accordance with SOP
Maintain proper filling of invoices, voucher, and bank documents
Conduct bank reconciliations
Assist in monitoring daily cash balance and identify idle fund

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Up to 1 year experience in finance operations
Experience in processing daily transactions (payments, journal entries, reconciliations)
Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) for data entry and reporting
Hands-on experience supporting month-end closing activities
