Fit-out Coordinator (Retail)

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Operations) to align project requirements.

Monitor and conduct regular inspections of fit-out works, ensuring quality standards and preparing progress reports.

Prepare handover documents and manage premises handover with landlords and vendors.

Collect and review contractor drawings, fit-out documentation, and material submissions.

Familiar with design phases including Initial Design, Tender Drawings, and Material Approvals.

Prepare and maintain store maintenance reports.

Handle administrative tasks including quotations, invoices, and related project paperwork.
