Background & Purpose of the Job :

As a Legal Associate in our retail fashion company, you will provide end-to-end legal support to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams on contract management, legal advisory, and licensing, while gaining hands-on experience and growing your legal expertise in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do :

Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, NDAs, service contracts, and leases.
Provide practical and business-oriented legal advice on various legal matters, including disputes and corporate actions.
Support contract negotiations with business partners.
Develop and update internal legal policies and compliance frameworks.
Manage company licenses and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Oversee legal and regulatory compliance across retail, importation, distribution, and sales activities.

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

Bachelor’s degree in Law with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Strong analytical, legal research, and drafting skills.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Corporate, Trade, Consumer Protection, and Intellectual Property Law.
Regulations related to the importation, distribution, and sale of Fragrance and Beauty Products.
Familiar with import regulations (SNI, K3L, BPOM, labeling, etc.).
Experience in licensing and OSS management is a plus.
