Retail Project Manager - Fit Out

Background & Purpose of the Job :
As a Retail Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of boutique fit-out, renovation, and construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with brand and technical standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality retail spaces.
What You'll Do :
- Manage day-to-day execution of retail fit-out, renovation, and construction projects.
- Coordinate with brand principals, designers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and develop technical drawings, including MEP when required.
- Review and adapt design drawings to ensure feasibility with local site conditions.
- Prepare quantity inputs for BOQ in coordination with QS team.
- Develop and monitor project timelines and construction schedules.
- Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and brand standards.
- Identify and resolve technical or on-site issues during project execution.
- Support QS and Planning teams on technical clarifications related to design, materials, and construction.
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in retail fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Good English communication skills for business conversations and emails.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, MEP, and construction processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
