What You'll Do :
- Planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies get the word out about our stores & products and drive qualified traffic into our stores
- Fostering community relations (on and off line) through events such as open days, involvement in community initiatives and online blogger communities
- Generating effective press releases, draft speeches where needed, prepare information for media kits
- Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours
- Measure and report performance of Marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Understand about Media and KOL reference
- Understand PR skills; communications, writing, time management, event management
- Understand how to identify target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Able to communicating, maintaining and developing relationships, build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media, also collating and analyzing media coverage
- Travelling to supervise events and/or other projects and liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree majoring Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Aim to get things done well, set and meet challenging goals, create own measures of excellence and constantly seek ways on improving performance
- Great communication skills in verbal and writing, able to communicate clearly and persuasive
- Analyze information from a range of source and develop effective solutions/recommendations
- Develop a positive relationship with colleagues as a team player with a great responsibility
- Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must
