People Operations Officer

What You'll Do :

  • Recruitment: Designing job ads, Sourcing, Screening CVs, Conducting interviews, Coordinate Time International-specific candidate assessments; Making hiring recommendations based on t he criteria provided ; Handling recruitment administrative support.
  • Employer Branding: Increasing Time International profile to reach the targeted segment of candidates; Finding innovative and creative ways to make Time an appealing and desirable company to work for, for both current and needs.
  • Support People Operation Manager for assessing and evaluating candidates / employees using various assessment tools.
  • Perform other related duties as required by the Manager

 

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

  • A Bachelor degree in Psychology Industry
  • 2 years’ experience in Recruitment, ideally in a Retail industry.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command of English, Proficient PC skill (MS Office)
