Background & Purpose of the Job :
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and timely fulfillment of business hiring needs.
What You'll Do :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes, assessments, and stakeholder communications.
- Provide hiring recommendations and support offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and candidate records.
- Monitor recruitment progress to ensure timely hiring delivery.
- Support Talent Acquisition projects and employer branding initiatives.
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Tech-savvy with experience using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Results-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring priorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive candidate experience.
