What You'll Do :
- Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with existing wholesale dealers, ensuring their ongoing success and alignment with our brand strategies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve dealer performance, encouraging them to prioritize and actively promote our brands
- Identify and onboard high-potential new dealers, expanding our market reach
- Lead sales initiatives with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing set sales targets, ensuring sustained revenue growth
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Have at least 2 years of experience on Sales / B2B-B2C / Wholesale to maintain relationships with existing wholesale dealers, identify and onboard high-potential new dealers, and expanding market reach
- Have strong focus on achieving and surpassing set sales targets, ensuring sustained revenue growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, capable of fostering trust and collaboration with both internal teams and external partners
