Background & Purpose of the Job :
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced service center environment. If you're attentive to detail, customer-focused, and able to stay calm under pressure, this is the role for you.
You’ll be the face and voice of the company—serving both walk-in and remote customers—ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service and customer care.
What You'll Do :
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, as well as via phone, email, and chat
- Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally
- Handle end-to-end service requests, from check-in to service completion and follow-up
- Cross-sell and up-sell services and products relevant to customer needs
- Ensure clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions and service outcomes in the system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical or operational issues efficiently
- Maintain a neat, welcoming, and professional service counter area
- Handle billing, payments, and basic cash transactions with integrity
- Meet service-level standards and follow company procedures consistently
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a service center or retail setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional presence
- Proven ability to handle complaints, manage expectations, and provide clear solutions
- Comfortable working with walk-in customers and handling multiple cases simultaneously
- Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy in managing customer belongings and financial transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and service management systems
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
