Finance Collection Associate

Background & Purpose of the Job :
Finance Collection Associate ensures the completeness and accuracy of sales collections across fashion retail stores by aligning POS data, EDC settlements, and bank deposits, supporting sound financial control and dependable revenue reporting.
What You'll Do :
- Perform daily reconciliation of sales reports, EDC settlements, and deposit confirmations
- Validate collection accuracy across multiple payment methods (cash, card, transfer, QRIS, etc)
- Investigate and monitor discrepancies between bank statements, POS data, and store reports
- Prepare documentation and respond to queries for internal and external audits
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant finance/collection experience, preferably in the retail industry
- Good knowledge of daily collection, sales closing, and reconciliation processes
- Exposure to resolving discrepancies between POS reports, bank deposits, and EDC settlements
- Willing to work on weekends during closing periods
- Good communication skill
