Finance Collection Associate

What You'll Do :
- Perform daily collection reconciliation by reviewing and matching POS reports, bank transactions, and sales closing records in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of EDC settlement records and store deposit confirmations.
- Review and validate collection transactions across multiple payment methods to ensure all collections are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Identify and follow up on discrepancies between POS reports, bank deposits, EDC settlements, and other collection records.
- Coordinate with stores and relevant internal teams to investigate and resolve collection or payment-related discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with banks regarding EDC-related requests, including activation, troubleshooting, and other collection-related matters.
- Support the preparation and consolidation of collection data for store performance monitoring and related Finance requirements.
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Collection, or a related field.
- Good knowledge and understanding of daily collection, sales closing, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience in identifying and resolving discrepancies between POS reports, bank deposits, and EDC settlements.
- Strong ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with stores and cross-functional teams to resolve collection and payment-related issues.
