What You'll Do :

  • Strategic Procurement Planning – Develops and implements procurement strategies aligned with business and operational needs to ensure effective and timely sourcing of goods and services.
  • Vendor Management & Relationship Management – Identifies, evaluates, and manages vendor performance while building strong and reliable partnerships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and service reliability.
  • Negotiation & Cost Optimization – Leads negotiations with vendors to secure the best commercial terms, pricing, and conditions while continuously identifying opportunities for cost savings and value improvement.
  • Procurement Process & Compliance – Ensures all procurement activities follow company policies, SOPs, and internal control standards while maintaining transparency, accountability, and proper documentation.
  • Contract Management – Reviews, negotiates, and manages vendor contracts to protect company interests and ensure vendors comply with agreed terms and service levels.
  • Analytical Thinking & Decision Making – Evaluates quotations, conducts vendor comparisons, analyzes cost structures, and makes procurement decisions based on data, risks, and business impact.
  • Procurement Risk Management – Identifies potential risks related to vendors, supply chain, pricing, and contract terms, and implements mitigation strategies to ensure procurement continuity.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Works closely with internal stakeholders across departments to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with operational and project requirements.
  • Leadership & Team Management – Leads and develops the procurement team, provides clear direction, monitors performance, and encourages continuous improvement within the team.
  • Integrity & Ethical Procurement Practices – Upholds ethical procurement practices by ensuring fairness, transparency, and avoidance of conflicts of interest in all sourcing activities.
 

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company’s operational and business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, purchasing, and contract management.
  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Lead vendor negotiations to secure the best commercial terms, pricing, and service levels for the company.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procurement procedures, and internal control requirements.
  • Review and manage procurement contracts to ensure proper terms, risk control, and protection of the company’s interests.
  • Monitor procurement budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely support for operational and project requirements.
  • Supervise and develop the procurement team, including performance monitoring, coaching, and capability development.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation, reporting, and records to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Identify procurement risks related to supply, vendors, or contracts and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Continuously improve procurement processes and systems to enhance efficiency, transparency, and operational effectiveness.
