Responsible for achieving the store’s sales targets and contributing to the company’s overall revenue goals.
Provide excellent customer service and deliver a positive in-store shopping experience.
Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and overall presentation at all times.
Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are consistently aligned with company guidelines.
Support daily store operations and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
Minimum education: Senior High School or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Associate, preferably in the retail industry.
Demonstrated commitment to building a long-term career in retail.
Strong product knowledge and understanding of sales techniques.
Creative, proactive, and able to work with a degree of independence.
